Addici signs agreement with Region Skane
Addici will deliver all workplace services to Region Skåne's new office in Malmö. The procurement is the first of its kind in the public sector. The agreement extends over two years with an option of a two-year extension.
The new regional house accommodates 600 work places. Services that Addici will take care of are cleaning, window cleaning, vending machines, conference services, catering, maintenance of plants, fruit supplies, coffee supplies, supply of water and waste management.
- One of the difficulties with this kind of procurement is the balance between quality and governance, says Therese Mogård, Strategic Buyers at Region Skåne. Addici have profound knowledge and specialists in each service area that monitor the market for us and continuously develop the service delivery.
- We are very pleased to sign this agreement with Region Skåne, says Jens Rodman, Business Area Manager Addici. This large procurement of FM is a pilot project for Region Skåne and we are looking forward with confidence to the potential the assignment can bring. Region Skåne has a vision of Sweden's best FM concept and we are proud that Addici is part of fulfilling that vision.
- Addici's method to take care of and develop their employees has been an important part of the process, says Micael Larsen, KAM Addici. It is everyone's duty to create value for the customer's core business and all employees participate in meetings according to our LeanFM method.
